Main Season: Our main season competition typically runs from the end of April to early August, with 5 grades available for Men & Women over various age groups. All games are held at Archer Stadium during weekdays from 3.30pm for school grades, with adult leagues following later in the evening. All teams need to provide a referee and will be allocated bench duty during the season before or after their game as required. Season dates and entry information will be available on our website around 1 month before the league is due to start.

A Grade: A grade, held on Wednesday for Men and Tuesday for Women, is an open Mens & Womens adult / senior school grade available to all competitive players. Talented junior players may also be selected for development purposes where they will be supported and coached by a senior team. Development players may play in one lower school grade as well (conditions apply - please contact us for more information).

B Grade: B grade, held on Monday for Men and Thursday for Women, is an open Mens & Womens adult grade. School teams are not eligible to enter in B grade.

C, D & E Grade: Junior grades (C, D & E grade) are all competitive leagues and only available to school age kids. C grade is targeted at years 11-13, D grade for years 9 & 10, and E grade for years 7 & 8. C, D & E grade nights sometimes vary each year depending on team entries, however once decided, the night will remain constant throughout the season. C, D & E grade teams are organised via your school. If your school does not have a team available and you wish to play, please contact our association.

Joining A Team: If you wish to join A or B grade and don't have a team, please contact us and we will always do our best to find a suitable team for you. For school grades (C, D & E grade) please talk with your school for more information.

Miniball Season: Our miniball season runs during Terms 3 & 4 and is a primary school competition with 3 mixed grades available for boys & girls from Years 4 to 6. A grade is targeted at year 6, B grade for year 5 and C grade for year 4 students. All games are held at Archer Stadium during weekdays from 3.30pm. Grade nights sometimes vary each year depending on team entries, however once decided, the night will remain constant throughout the season. Social League: Held prior to main season (February-March) and before Christmas (November-December), Social League is an open Mens & Womens mixed competition available to all players 15 years and older. Social League generally has a mixed level of skill between teams and welcomes players new to the game. Our social room is open during Social League and players, friends and family are welcome to join us for the evening. All teams need to provide a referee and will be allocated bench duty during the season before or after their game as required. Season dates and entry information will be available on our website around 1 month before the league is due to start.

Prizegiving: Prizegiving for our main basketball competition is held at the end of the season, usually early to mid August each year. A combined Mens and Womens finals night is held for A & B grade, followed by a presentation and evening in our Social Room where A & B grade winners are announced. Junior grades (C, D & E grade) finals are played if necessary, followed by a presentation in our stadium where A, B, C, D & E grade player individual prizes, as well as C, D & E grade winners are announced.
